Order Processing

All orders are processed, packaged and handed over to our logistics partners within our European fulfilment network.
We ship to UK and EU member states.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom / North Ireland / Wales / Schotland: approx. 6–14 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 10–20 business days

Please note: In rare cases, high order volume, public holidays, or customs clearance procedures may cause slight delays.

Shipping Costs

Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Orders above a certain basket value qualify for free shipping – this will be clearly indicated in the store.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number at any time to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
VAT for EU orders is automatically handled via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system integrated with Shopify, in compliance with EU regulations.

For UK customers (if applicable):

Orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to import VAT or handling fees depending on the order value and applicable HMRC rules.

These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by UK customs.
